Some guy randomly messaged me on IHUB right after that huge volume day and his opinion was that it was institutional activity. If there really were 300 million shares unloaded into the news and the price didn't tank then it's a very strong possibility there was an institution somewhere in the mix. The news that was released that day was more or less the same as all other Fortune 500 deal updates so that huge spike in volume out of nowhere leads me to believe something is going on. I have tried to find his message so I can post it but it's not in my inbox archive anymore for whatever reason.
