GS, you have to remember this though. Unless your trade is AON (all or none) the mm's with sell, buy whatever amounts they want. I have many many many times put huge buy orders in and sometimes it all hits, but most times they bite off little chunks. My Broker (E-trade) only charges me 9.99 per order entry.
