Re: janetcanada #1062
I believe he'll be focused on getting on the NASDAQ... I'd totally support and encourage that as I really don't want to see such a great company with lots of potential continue trading in the corrupt and manipulated OTC, which no authority or regulating agency cares about (likely because they're all in bed together anyway), and won't allow TPAC to grow as a public entity to its fullest potential.
I've heard from numerous CEOs in 'pennyland' it only costs them more to file, etc. to uplist from pinks to QB or QX for example and their securities continue to be heavily manipulated in the OTC... so why uplist to just a higher OTC tier.. we need to go all the way to the higher, more respected and reputable three exchanges of the markets: Former AMEX (since 2009 known as NYSE Amex Equities)... NASDAQ... NYSE.
Now it's quite a process to uplist and may be time consuming to get to the NASDAQ... could take 18 months from this point but to do it would be extraordinary (especially from being a 'penny' stock, sub-penny really right) and so worth it.
