I think there might be a few reasons for the lack of recent uploads.
1. They've uploaded what they consider to be enough for now of the Paramount titles and enough of the biggest titles to justify pacing things out a bit.
2. They're working on preloading titles for unannounced deals.
3. They're waiting until they have improved the user interface to provide a better searching/navigation function.
4. They've shifted those resources temporarily to other areas of the business Live streaming, ect.
