Ultimately the insiders will have to push the pps up to really get a decent spike...
Another looking forward 8K will not do a lot without them, imo....
The $75 Million by tranches should help a lot also...
Will it be 3 tranches of $25 Million???
If not a big space in between those tranches, we could see a unicorn ride on the Top Bolly...
Volume will tell the tale, as usual, and more whales IN if insiders are not ready...
Really would like to see, at least an update about when we'll see those long awaited 10Ks also....
Many will not buy because of that, or will just flip it waiting for QLTS to be current...
2 years without any Filings is a major red flag for many good traders....
Maybe an announcement about those 10Ks with the first tranche of $75 Million???
