At the end of the Facebook announcement it says, "On behalf of the Board of Directors". Through out the message there are some "we", but there are some "I" also. I would say CT wrote the message on behalf of the BOD. Just my thinking. It's been 3 weeks for the "final review", now the questions is, WHERE THE HELL IS THE FILING!
