I do not understand why a final review is even necessary.
Had CT or the current BOD been in the positions they are in now I could understand them reviewing the 2013 audit. But CT is the most senior of the group and he did not join Treaty till May 2014.
Hey Chris, cut the BS and the delay's. You are clueless about what should and should not be in it. If the auditors will certify the audit than files the damn thing.
