Anyone else here see the irony of the fact that Rosen (a frigging lawfirm for that matter) is accusing Cellceutix of making "materially false and misleading statements" and in order to do that they have filled a complaint that to all appearances is loaded with " materially false and misleading statements) imho.

The legal system appears to be becoming a knife wielded by stock manipulators (likely hedge funds) to cut the heart out of biotech's hoping to bring treatments to market that can vastly improve patients lives. Sad very sad!
