NanaBelle2015: The shorts are desperate because they don't often lose and don't like it when that happens. Their philosophy is to never ever cover and to do what they have to do to stall and drag out the process using any/all means because in the great majority of cases investors get frustrated take losses and move on. That is not happening with NTEK as investors continue to accumulate even though the authorized has been increased on several occasions. In addition, the bashers have almost no influence anymore as most who own shares are coming here and seeing proof daily that the company continues to make improvements and forward progress. They know the giants of the industry want UltraFlix to succeed and that is exactly what is happening.
The bottom line is they hate the thought of buying back shares they sold for less than a penny and having to pay thousands of a percent more for them. They stand to lose mega millions and that is why they are desperate. I'm sure they haven't given up yet but NTEK is proving to be a worthy adversary.
