THIS QUESTION REMAINS :
Is this well-documented behavior as a result of
(1).. Mind-numbing Incompetence
........... or
(2).. Fraudulent or other Duplicitous behavior - - such as basic
....... but effective Corporate lies
I think it boils down to one of those choices . .. But I could be
wrong. ..
Is it Door (1) or Door (2) or some other explanation ?
I honestly can't judge - - mostly because I have encountered so
much MIND-NUMBING INCOMPETENCE in my life - - especially
in Corporate affairs, ( e.g., General Motors ) and in Civic Affairs
( e.g., the Town of Mickle in Massachusetts ) but less so among
family and friends, where people actually pay the penalty for their
own incompetence .
Seriously, I'd like to know, is it Door (1) or Door (2) or some other
explanation ?
