No one knows for certain, but the strong implication dating from last June's conference call when the plan was laid out is that there is traditional financing in place to make an acquisition, and that part of that financing has been allocated to a stock buyback to undo the damage caused by the convertible loans last year.
At the time, Bill said the acquisition would lead to buybacks. The odd thing now is the buybacks without an announcement of the acquisition, but Bill has also tweeted that several items previously promised would be addressed soon, so it seems likely that the acquisitions are in fact going forward ..... v...e...r...y...s...l...o...w...l...y
