I watched the Market ticker on TDAmeritrade after 4:00 PM.
There was a T-Trade of only 566,961 shares.
This Trade took place between 4:00 and 4:03 Pm
Don't know if it was a buy, but I suspect it definitely was.
Somebody is trying to grab 15% of NTEK.
Once they do, they have to claim it Publicly.
Not many shares left to buy.
