Agree, a very sticky situation. Seems at this point shareholders have to get lucky that KBM is settled without toxic conversions, AND filing over the next 2.5 months...
Is there a silver lining im missing here?
Again...not bashing, just being realistic. The product IS in stores. Ive purchased it in 2 different states, and will be visiting NOLA March 1st-5th where im sure I'll find it again. This is becoming a longer and longer play... Best case scenario, they File AND KBM becomes no issue either by settlement or so much litigation its a year before we see results. Worst case scenario, No Filing and KBM converts til the share price hits .0001 again. Realistic Scenario...
Likely filing an Annual with average results and several thousand in toxic debt to commence mid summer.
