My previously filed S.E.C. complaint regarding Pershing ( Reg FD
and relevant 8K rules ) is in process, and these things take many
months.



I see another actionable item here : .... Misrepresenting the cred-
entials and resume of Directors and Sr. Managers.



Hhhhmmmmmm . .... Time to file another complaint. .... I think lying
to me . ( NOT YET ROVEN ) . to get and to keep my hard-earned
( and hard-saved ) money is actionable.
