Very anxious to hear some good news from the company.
But we can observe some good news in the stock price - the preferred holders are not dumping and driving it much lower than $0.40.
They could. They could easily drive this company into the ground. But they are not - for now - even though they are no longer contractually obligated to hold off.
That's a positive. Perhaps they are in negotiations for a buyout and have reached a detente during negotiations.
