Because I have no idea how the the share distribution thing is going or will work. Is there any direct correlation to NTEK raising the AS to 1,790,000,000 have anything to do with having to give us our NTGL shares? How many shares of NTGL exactly does NTEK have to give out to share holders. Someone must be able to calculate that. Anyone?
