with 3 weeks left to go re: ARCA's ATS stats due for Dec 2015
my expectation is that ARCA's entire *volume* traded in Dec 2015 of 37,500 aka 12,500 x 3 ..

is that 100% of ARCA's *volume* in Dec is yeppers >> ATS Dark Pool

what is equally revealing for me .. is noting that only 3 players *remain*
and one of them skedaddled today on the ask (they'd UC and gave
every appearance of *participating* in the anticipated EOD *reset* of PTOI's 52 week low)

That would ATDF .. who instead .. *interestingly* went to 10c on the ask EOD

these 3 .. (NN/CDEL/ATDF) .. did 93% of PTOI's volume in Dec 2015
