No it doesn't take as long as it has to perform a small audit. I believe its done and they are waiting for something else to occur to announce distribution. Why would they? It could be if shares were distributed to ntek holders of record that a great many would sell those shares if there was no revenue or deal on horizon to produce revenue. Massive selling would drive the stock price into oblivion. So timing of distribution is very important. We shall see.
