Good article Upswing and surely many more like it as it's very true and acknowledged... what's unfortunate is that many officials, politicians, authorities know that but when it comes to helping these small companies that are 'public' ... that is have a stock... no one seems to want to change regulations and/or produce regulation/legislation to prevent the corruption, manipulation and despicable activity that's especially associated with the OTC market ... some even allow it and are in bed with the culprits.
That's why I see OTC as being in the gutter ... so, it's a breath of fresh air when a 'penny' like TPAC can do what it's doing.
It's a catch 22 for many of these good companies (which may be few and far between in OTC) to have the funds needed to fight the manipulation as they try to uplist and get out to being the great businesses they can be.
I had the good fortune to have a conversation with Bill McKay yesterday for over an hour and I do believe this is a special CEO who believes in his company, its potential and future... delivering on his word is the utmost importance to me and I told him that... TPAC is so ready to grow after years of work and issues that have come and gone... I feel I am 'invested' in that 'diamond in the rough' many dream about and the ultimate goal is, of course, reality.
Very best to you and all with TPAC!
