Trickey.....I think you have to look at the shares of CEN like they are in a bank. Currently, there is no market for them, and , the brokers are not in possession of them. They are still with the company essentially. So, that said, a record is being kept to control the count of shares sold of FITX and bought of FITX. This outcome count of shares will determine how many of the 6.9 million shares will be freely distributed to the shareholders who are eligible.

Seems that one of the larger issues without a clear answer at this time is if you buy shares of FITX between the November date of shareholders on record, and the February 28 date of distribution will you receive additional shares of CEN ?

It very well may be that if you were a shareholder on record on November 30th , that you would be eligible for additional shares if you bought shares of FITX before the February 28th distribution date. I have not seen anything that confirms that, but, it may be.

I would think that the company could make a statement of clarity for the shareholders that are lay persons to better understand the workings of the share structure in respect to the above. But, it is really not their job to educate anyone.
