They're both manipulated. MM manipulate the share price to maintain liquidity and try to make some money on the way. You really cant think of an OTC stock like a normal big board stock.
True value of an OTC stock (in most cases) will rarely reflected in the listed share price unless the stock does something substantial to break out of that cycle.
NTEK has people trying to drive it into oblivion so they dont have to cover short positions. This one is manipulated more than most. JMHO
