Value Proposition - Risk VS. Reward
"...Reducing Renewable Energy Cost while Minimizing Risk."
In designing its solar powered renewable energy systems and rooftop leasing program, Atlantic’s primary objective was to leverage the knowledge, experience and best practices of an expanded group of industry experts to create a reliable high-performance. system with the following key characteristics:
1) Specifically engineered for North American climates, including unique features addressing snow loading, minimizing any impact on the roof membrane, and maximizing overall solar efficiency based on panel orientation for the northern latitude;
2) Maximizing solar power output through advanced power electronics (and subsequent “Return on Investment”)
3) Custom Engineered: All rooftop systems are uniquely designed for each building and installed in tandem with a leading project management, engineering and solar technology professionals;
4) All solar systems are certified by Professional Structural Engineers in tandem with Local Building Codes. Systems are fully warrantied and maintained throughout the contracted term. System installations (and building rooftops) are comprehensively insured throughout the lifetime of the system and FIT Program.
Our end goal is to create a win-win proposition for our partners, while significantly reducing potential risks associated with any of our renewable energy projects. That means understanding and managing all aspects of potential risk vs. reward.
