I believe the spin off has been as much a time buyer as anything. Many of us have continued to hold since then in hopes of a "distribution". I don't want it to be labeled a dividend as that has distinct tax implications. A distribution or return of capital would be a more tax friendly return. I certainly don't want to pay taxes on my ntgl shares after being down 80% or more and not selling.
