Yup, gives that impression with the email sent by Carter defending Nobilis. Maybe it was just a good faith email trying to work things out, maybe that email was another of COR's many fabrications.
Still find it strange that COR didn't sue their clients. Going after Signature, after shareholders and still nothing against the clients. Very fishy.
Clients, COR, or anybody can sue CRGP but if the note didn't specify any special handling of dividends for shares dumped during the divi interim period, then CRGP is off the hook.
