Disco Bob, easy answer. I have large holdings and am long both NTGL and NTEK so I follow both equally close.
NTGL has had NO dilution, no toxic debt (at least that we know of) and the recent articles indicate NTGL gaming will be on the Vegas floors by this summer 2016. Also NTGL is open to being acquired or at the very least licensing out their advantage play technology.
NTEK - Awesome Product with cutting edge technology but never ending dilution, repeated A/S raises, toxic debt.
The investing dollars are flowing to the ticker with zero dilution, much lower O/S and their real possibility of being acquired. I am not surprised
