Williamsburgbuilder and I communicate via private email occasionally. Took some doing to find him but I just puit two and two together and got lucky.
He keeps in touch with the COTE fiasco and, to put it mildly, he is super frustrated. If he wants to post here he will speak for himself. I have a high regard for what he says. We have a mutual confidence that I honor.
