you know, I take that approach with most things in life, usually give people the benefit of the doubt and I have done this with Joel, but... too many times I've heard him give additional dates after telling us a reason for delays that are out of his hands, by saying with much bravado and confidence that everything will be done by xxxx time....just to find that they aren't. No, I don't think this is the same scenario as a construction crew failing to provide an accurate time line for project completion. Something else is going on here... for better or for worse... I'm hoping for the better.
