I hadn't a clue what 14C was up until a month when Robert234 explained it to me. But from what I read in last weeks $TBEV 14C, "The Company anticipates that the amendments discussed above will be effected on or about the close of business of January 26, 2016."

I'm not sure what is going on, but what I do know is what everyone else knows. They received a five million dollar equity line and haven't said a single word since. Like everyone else, I wouldn't mind an update.
