Did you see that they updated the OTC market again on matket cap. Ss is maxed out. Not a single share was dumped. It was all retail. Nvsos is still 300mil. I checked if they were registered with any other state and they aren't. It should be unlawful if they do that. I agree that they must increase AS but not sure if they can do it without doing a filing first. Therefore, I'm waiting for form 10 to hit first.
