There is no expiration date for the UltraFlix Specials. There is no time factor.
What about a company who sells a $50 Gift Card with no expiration date (say some restaurant) ... the company has locked in that Revenue up front ... But the recipient of that Gift Card never ever uses it. Services/Products were never realized by the consumer/buyer.
