Bashing and pontificating as a "Devils advocate" SOLELY for the purpose of "Flipping" is disingenuous ... and "counterproductive to the overall outlook for new investors" ... That behavior seems a bit inconsistent with someone concerned about new investors ... See where I'm coming from ...
