Xun Oil Marketing is a subsidiary of Xun Energy. A subsidiary company is a separate entity that is owned by the parent company. Separate entity means separate state license, etc.
Xun Oil Marketing is registered in Florida and has an active license. Xun Oil Marketing can still operate, it is just the parent company that would not be able to being the license is revoked.
Xun Oil Marketing will consolidate its accounting in the parent company in the financial statements. Meaning, when the deals get completed, the money earned in the subsidiary can be used to get Xun Energy's license back up and running.
