$TPAC Anytime, DJ! While I got the same initial impression that this was a one-time buy or trial run(which is always possible), this Tweet made me think it might be more.
"TPAC has a couple of things to do this weekend, which should lead to RFQs and long-term orders taking advantage of price and China offsets"
Something about multiple RFQ's and the wording makes me speculate that we may be in for more.
