I'm sure "the company" doesn't want those convertibles to convert for obvious reasons. Just remember, the devil is in the details.
Last Form 4 was filed back in June 2014, a long time ago when NTEK was still working on the NP1. Remember all the crap NTEK was getting from bashers back then?
