What WOGI posted on their Website is PA is on hold until oil hits $65...
WOGI is setting up things until then...Per their Website info...
Why would WOGI post on their website everything needed to get rid of the stop sign and not just file and get rid of the stop sign on the OTC?
Because their is a plan involved... IMO!

P.S. I have never spoken with Nathan and the last time Nathan and I communicated was during the summer of 2015 via email... LOL!
