For Bill to delay is trip to China and the business meeting with AVIC, there has to something very significant in the works with Boeing, something likely to be of benefit for the three entities(Being, AVIC, TPAC), and an outstanding relationship with AVIC that allows for the delay with no negative inflection
upon the relationship.
