Best I can tell is the bid was $0.395 (15:59:54) and the ask was $0.41 (15:59:51) prior to the transaction (16:00:58). Since the buy/sell was @ $0.4893 (higher than the ask) don't see how it could be interpreted as a negative transaction. To the contrary, I see it as a very positive transaction.
