Don't disagree with most of that. Happy New Year...
Fundamental problem....the current CEO lacks a vital inner component that only the Founder can have. Passion. And a determination to bring an idea to market. Make no mistake about it, John was far from perfect and certainly had enough assholes trying to derail him.....but his passion to his company is unquestionable.
PTO is just a nuisance to the CEO now, IMO of course. No sense of urgency, total disregard for shareholders....and absolutely zero market sense.
He hasn't followed thru on anything mentioned in the 2015PRs....no need to rehash....my opinion is known to many both in public and private.
I lost faith in Heddle way back in spring 2015. My hope was that the founder would have enough connections and influence to get a deal done. As I am close to the situation, it is rumored that the current CEOs inability to communicate has hindered if not cost the company potential deals. But rumors are what they are...
Now...wait til end of month for MC....they don't have any money either....
