LOL. This is a market maker - a very real one, which is working with the company for many month now, and it will get the CW listed very soon after FINRA approves it.
The initial IPO is for $860k. 8,600,200 shares will become registered only initially. After CW is listed registering the remaining 45+ million shares will be only a matter of formality. And that's a fact.
But, by all means think whatever turns you on.
