I live in the heart of Marcellus country. Have land under lease to CHK. Last royalty check showed wellhead price of $2.55  Heard rumors that they are taking wells offline until price climbs back to profitable range.

I originally bought in at $20, sold all at $40. Back in again on a small position at $17.50 Just looking for a flip play.
