This is all getting very confusing ,as far as CEN shares. Is the record date November 30, 2015 with distribution date of Feb. 28th ,OR is the record date Feb 28th with a distribution date a month later(as per the recent form 10)? Every time I think I have a handle on this outfit , I don't. Thanks for any clarity.
