Yes, the Title 24 is waiting on two factors. #1 is securing a Gov't Bid. #2 is completing the S-1 to have the upfront capital to work these larger California contracts. (I likely have those two in reverse order, but "mox nix" ) "
. This is why it was SO SMART of Devon to lead the company in the direction of the MMJ ag-lighting. It requires "NO inter dependency" on the government for business and the work is completed within just 1-2 days. Meanwhile, business IS business and those government contracts will be welcomed when they come but more importantly, we welcome the much-anticipated S-1.
