Googling, " +"port arthur" +"Stellamcor Inc" I get the news article on Joy Nunn and Pure Systems. Because of the link between Pure Systems, GFTI, Joy and CG, along with the conversations with State and Local Officials, I conclude that it is all tied in together.

I am in the dark along with everyone else until official word comes out from PA, Joy and/or CG. And I hate to speculate.
