IP/WC- this number is on conservative side since 4k tv projection has been shattered every year. But I go with 300 mil. But here is a kicker, don't forget the mobile and PC side of estimate. This one would be huge too. I personally like to watch movie on my IPad sometimes and don't have 4 k tv yet. Many people may use 4k phone and tablets on their leisure time in next year or so when they become available. The numbers are huge.
