We have seen two official documents sent to the SEC. The original S-1 on Sep 18 and the amended S-1/A sent on Dec 16. In between, the SEC followed up with questions (per IHSI's press release). There were six (6) of them. The company answered back with the S-1/A, tidying up the details the SEC needed to verify to finalize (or come close to finalizing) the process. It's just a short waiting game now. Tick-tock.
