You said it yourself, simple solutions. Obviously there would be another fairly large expense to choose another location but you wouldn't be fighting court battles that you may never win. What if Cen Bio never gets approves in Lakeshore, then they'll either go out of business or locate another area to go on with the business so why not do that now, why wait, it's been over a year now with at least another 10 months to go. Eventually HC is going to stop with approvals altogether saying we have enough suppliers, then what?

Everybody can say what they want but I can tell you this, I want this company to succeed as much as anyone and you can take that to the bank.......!
