welcome. I think you are 100% correct in your assessment. I am not big on penny stocks as investments but CGRW is a horse of a different color.
I live in the area of Buffalo Ranch and when the owner of the ranch told me that he was going to start selling a few 35 acre parcels for marijuana grows it caught my attention.
he has sold several parcels and is even trying develop one himself. One of the parcels has two buildings erected (around the corner from CGRW) but to my understanding they are running into some serious water issues. CGRW is the only one with a commercial well and you have to have a commercial well to have a commercial facility.
