IMHO CRGP didn't defend themselves because they knew COR had did some shady dealings. If they would have fought them in court then that would have taken away from COR's wrongdoings and redirected everything at CRGP.. That said if COR is found guilty of suspicious transactions then the judgment against CRGP will be nullified. I think this was their strategy. We will see. This is my guess only as we really have no clue. But common sense tells me something else may be going on here .
