They canceled after Jason notified them of the lawsuit per emails entered into evidence.
Despite what Janice Shell claims, that wire was likely not processed at that point, considering it was an international transfer occurring near the end of the business day. The cancellation receipt shows it was done the next morning, and was for the over 3 million dollars owed.
