It's what CT did " or possibly did " for the sake of an argument that got us to where we are today. Bull, though I questioned him over a year ago about his posts, looks like he turned out to be correct.
That IMO is why we are where we are today.
I have always given Chris the benefit of the doubt not knowing exactly what he faces on a daily bases. In retrospect I can't think of one thing he has accomplished that turned into reality. At least for the benefit of TECO shareholders
